Chapter 105 – the rant

10 03 2009

I don’t think Bradley really expected to be greeted by a deceased French cardinal.

I’m not happy with this chapter at all, but I’ve hit serious writer’s block lately, and I have been incredibly busy.  Somehow, I don’t seem to be getting anything that needs doing done.  I’ll explain more when I’m awake.  I’m really sorry about this.

Hah! YOU say!
You keep disclaiming the deceased French cardinal, I think thee protesteth too much!
You needn’t be sorry; it’s a perfectly serviceable chapter that moves the story along quite nicely.
Your sleep is more important.
What needs doing?

i’ve been quite busy myself lately that i now understand what people mean when they say they don’t have time to do so-and-so. i used to think it’s because they don’t want to do it deep down, but this is not the case with me! anyhow, i haven’t let my busy-ness stop me from blogging, which is a good thing and that clearly shows it is a priority in my life no matter how busy or free i get.🙂 so you take care, okay? *hugs*

@ museditions: If Cardinal Richelieu makes an appearance in this story, it will be obvious, I promise!😉

Well, I’m glad you think the chapter is adequate. It seems a little clunky and awkward to me, but I can’t really put my finger on what it is I’m not happy about. But that’s reassuring, so thank you.🙂

And thank you for allowing me sleep! I’m seriously not getting enough of that.

I’m supposed to be filling out half a dozen forms, and reading two text books from start to finish, and picking a uni, and writing several essays, one of them coursework for thursday (currently in my teacher’s possession, so no point worrying about that one for the moment). Simple fact of the matter is, I am not handling pressure well at all. But, you know, that’s life.

@ sulz: Huh, I didn’t know there was an echo in here.🙂

Do you ever feel like there’s never enough time in a day to do everything that needs doing? I feel like that all the time. I’m never sure whether I’m truly snowed under, or whether I’m just being lazy, though. ^_^;

Well, at least one of us has her priorities right! I don’t know how you manage to keep up such an impressive blogging output, but it’s amazing!

Thanks, and yourself. *hugs back*
